Playa Venao

Tucked away on the Pacific coast of Panama, Playa Venao is a laid-back beach village with a long white-sand beach, fantastic waves, and surrounded by tropical forests.

Playa Venao is an ultra consistent beach break making it a great year-round destination for surfers. The beach has several points to suit both beginners and more advanced surfers. The sandy floor makes it safe to surf for everyone. Even when the swell is big, there still is a wave to accommodate beginners.

Surfing in Playa Venao is an amazing experience. The water is crystal blue and warm all year around.

The beach is also home to a variety of marine life, including turtles, dolphins, rays and you can even see whales (aug-sept). When you’re not surfing, you can go for waterfall hikes, fishing or simply enjoy the incredible views of the jungle and the ocean sunsets.
