Surf Camp - Booking & Cancellation Policy

Bookings

You must complete the following steps in order to complete your reservation:

  1. Your booking will be confirmed after paiement of a 50% deposit using the secured online paiement link that will be sent to you by email once you contact us.
  2. Complete our Registration Form which will be sent to you by email.
  3. Pay the 50% Balance Due 30 days before the start of the surf camp.
  4. Prepare for your Trip! Please visit our Trip Preparation Page (including suggested packing list) and FAQs, so you will be fully prepared!

Cancellations:

Our cancellation policy is as follow:

  • You can cancel your booking up to 30 days before the camp start date. Your deposit minus a $200 cancellation fee will be refunded to you.
  • Within 30 days of camp start date: your booking becomes fully non-refundable. 
  • If the 50% balance due 30 days before the start of the surf camp is not paid at least 21 days before the start of the surf camp, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded. 
  • We are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy for any reason.
